Robert McCormack

Partner

Mr. McCormack currently serves as a board member, advisor and co-owner in several private businesses, and manages a broad real estate portfolio consisting of commercial office, retail, industrial, self-storage, and hospitality properties.

Prior to joining Dunamis Development and starting McCormack Development, Mr. McCormack served as president of Author Solutions, Inc., where he guided the company from its early stages through rapid growth to become the world’s largest publisher by title count. Author Solutions was recently sold to Pearson / Penguin Publishing for $116MM.

Mr. McCormack previously served as a management consultant for Crowe, Chizek and Company, where he provided management and supply chain expertise for a wide range of mid-market companies throughout the United States.

A graduate of Purdue University, Mr. McCormack holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

Matt Jackson

Partner

With over 15 years’ experience In Commercial Real Estate, Matt Jackson has completed more than 570 transactions with values in excess of $655 Million. Mr. Jackson founded Jackson IG in 2013 after multiple years with other commercial real estate firms.

In addition to his extensive brokerage work, Mr. Jackson has been involved in new construction and development projects including medical office buildings, ground-up retail construction, self-storage development and the historical restoration of The Jackson Building.

A graduate of Indiana University, Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in General Studies.

Bart Jackson

Partner

In addition to being a managing partner in both Dunamis Development and Jackson Investment Group, Mr. Jackson currently serves as an advisor and co-owner in several private businesses which span across the medical, restaurant, real estate and cosmetics industries.

Previously, Mr. Jackson was a principal at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate in Indianapolis where he completed over 300 transactions in excess of $265 million as the company’s top commercial real estate broker. During his time at Lee & Associates, Mr. Jackson specialized in tenant & landlord representation, investment sales and development consultation.

A graduate of Indiana University, Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs Management.

Megan Davis

Vice President of Finance and Accounting

Ms. Davis began her accounting career at Deloitte, working with companies in various industries and size ranges. She then went to work for one of her clients, Indianapolis Power & Light Company, where she was initially in charge of SEC filings and adaptation of new FASB standards. She later enhanced IPL’s five-year forecasting model by integrating the existing back-office systems to facilitate real-time financial modeling, a crucial ingredient for developing IPL’s strategic planning systems during that time.

Ms. Davis then started her own business that provided financial consulting, accounting, and contract controller services for various companies throughout the Midwest. She enjoys concentrating her efforts on not only financial reporting but cash management and financial forecasting as well.

A graduate of Purdue University, Ms. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an Indiana CPA license.

Jake Gibson

Vice President of Construction

Mr. Gibson has worked in commercial construction and real estate activities for over 25 years. Currently, he serves as a board member, owner/manager for several entities within the Commercial Real Estate industry.

Mr. Gibson founded Gibson Commercial Construction in 2008 and continues to oversee operations as President. Gibson Commercial Construction focuses on commercial general contracting projects within the commercial, self-storage, light industrial, office and retail segments throughout the Midwest.

A graduate of Purdue University, Mr. Gibson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management along with an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Maranda Taylor

Pre-Construction and Development Manager

Ms. Taylor has worked in commercial real estate development and construction her entire career. She has extensive experience in project analysis, site selection, development, and pre-construction services.

Before joining Dunamis Development, Ms. Taylor worked for a large mid-west real estate firm and general contractor. Ms. Taylor worked on numerous projects that were over $150 million throughout the Midwest region and across multiple market sectors in retail, commercial and medical office, hospitality, civic, and public-private partnerships.

A graduate of Indiana University, Ms. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications and has a Real Estate License in the state of Indiana.
