Robert McCormack

Mr. McCormack currently serves as a board member, advisor, and co-owner in several private businesses, and manages a broad real estate portfolio consisting of commercial office, retail, industrial, self-storage, and hospitality properties.

Before joining Dunamis Development and starting McCormack Development, Mr. McCormack served as president of Author Solutions, Inc., where he guided the company from its early stages through rapid growth to become the world’s largest publisher by title count. Author Solutions was recently sold to Pearson / Penguin Publishing for $116MM.

Mr. McCormack previously served as a management consultant for Crowe, Chizek and Company, where he provided management and supply chain expertise for a wide range of mid-market companies throughout the United States.

A graduate of Purdue University, Mr. McCormack holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

Matt Jackson

With over 15 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate, Matt Jackson has completed more than 570 transactions with values in excess of $655 Million. Mr. Jackson founded Jackson IG in 2013 after multiple years with other commercial real estate firms.

In addition to his extensive brokerage work, Mr. Jackson has been involved in new construction and development projects, including medical office buildings, ground-up retail construction, self-storage development, and the historical restoration of The Jackson Building.

A graduate of Indiana University, Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in General Studies.

Bart Jackson

In addition to being a managing partner in both Dunamis Development and Jackson Investment Group, Mr. Jackson currently serves as an advisor and co-owner in several private businesses that span the medical, restaurant, real estate, and cosmetics industries.

Previously, Mr. Jackson was a principal at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate in Indianapolis, where he completed over 300 transactions in excess of $265 million as the company’s top commercial real estate broker. During his time at Lee & Associates, Mr. Jackson specialized in tenant & landlord representation, investment sales, and development consultation.

A graduate of Indiana University, Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs Management.
